Meet the Board
The Board of the Charles and Salome Reymann Foundation works together to serve people with developmental disabilities, their families and caregivers, and the dedicated people who educate and support them.
John M. Reymann, Board Chairman
John brings more than thirty years of professional experience in finance to help people achieve their investment goals. He applies the same principles to the foundation – serving as both a fiscal cornerstone and a visionary to fulfill our mission and purpose.
John is a Financial Advisor for Ameriprise Financial in Columbus, Ohio.
My father was one of the original board members. I want to continue his legacy with the foundation.
T. Gregory Reymann II, Esq., Legal Counsel
T. Gregory Reymann’s career of 25+ years includes senior legal and compliance positions at global investments management leaders Franklin Resources and Transmerica. Greg has used his expertise in estate and tax planning, probate and trust administration, corporate law, employee benefits and investment management to meet his clients’ needs.
Greg authors articles about tax planning and investment, speaks at industry conferences, and is the owner at Reymann Law Group in St. Petersburg, Florida.
The public can be pleased to know that the foundation is over fifty years old. That is amazing – a great cause and a solid organization to support.
Stephen C. Reymann, Development & Philanthropy Chair
Steve regards his career in medical products as a blessing – in doing his job well, he has helped others increase their well being. Serving with the Charles and Salome Reymann Foundation gives him the same sense of purpose.
Steve is a retired Regional Director of Sales for Edwards Lifesciences.
Our community has a big heart and seeks to support its most vulnerable members. We make a difference. People want that in the organizations they support.
Danielle E. Ford, Trustee
Danielle’s career choice was driven by her compassion for others and sincere desire to improve the quality of life for those in need.
Danielle is a Speech-Language Pathologist for Absolute Rehabilitation & Capital Therapy Services in Canal Winchester, Ohio.
I work closely with people of all ages with developmental disabilities every day. I see their struggles and their accomplishments. That’s one of the many reasons I am passionate about serving as a Board Member of the Charles and Salome Reymann Foundation.
Andy White, Treasurer
Andy lends his expertise in managing the foundation’s finance and budgetary concerns. But his talents aren’t limited to numbers. His confidence at the podium makes him a crowd pleaser at the foundation’s fundraising events.
Andy is a Manager in Mergers & Acquisitions for AssuredPartners in Cleveland, Ohio.
I feel very strongly about education, and the scholarships provided by the Foundation that assist students in pursuing meaningful careers in the field of special education.
Katie White, Secretary
In addition to her involvement with the Charles and Salome Reymann Foundation, Katie serves on the Junior Board of the National Kidney Foundation of Northern Ohio. She enjoys giving back and making an impact in the community around her.
Katie is the Travel & Events Manager for KeyBank in Cleveland.
Giving my time and talents to non-profits has always been important to me. The history of the Foundation and the family is impressive. I am honored to be a small part of that.
Margaret Reymann Skinner, Marketing & Communications Chair
Margaret applies many years of business insight to help the foundation truly make a difference. She continues the philanthropic legacy of her grandparents, which she witnessed firsthand as a small child. She learned from them how to treat all people with dignity.
Margaret is a Brand, Communications & Strategy Consultant, and a Board Member for the National Board Chair for Kids In Need Foundation.
Being involved with our members, partners, students, residents and beneficiaries of our philanthropy is soul-fully satisfying!
Rose A. DeBord, Trustee
Rose brings her personal knowledge of working with the special needs population from her experience of being an advocate for her sister with special needs.
Rose is the Chairman of the Cuyahoga Falls Park and Recreation board. On that board we are trying to make the City of Cuyahoga Falls Park system more accessible and introducing inclusive programming to the City of Cuyahoga Falls Park System.
Rose is a Senior Administrator with Summit County in the office of Finance and Budget.
The Charles and Salome Reymann Foundation’s mission is very meaningful to me as an advocate for my sister with special needs.
